Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MAF Service GmbH, Lubolzer Bahnhofstrasse 6a, 15907 Lübben, Germany, Tel.: 030 / 692066-250, Fax: 030 / 692066-259, E-mail: info@maf-shop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender takes our place in your relationship with them regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return under the financed contract. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal in this regard.
General Notes
Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us with postage due.
Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
